WHAT SIZE IS YOUR MODEL?
  • Our model is 5’6 with an average clothing size 7-8 model usually wears a size medium

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
  • Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 1-3 business days for it to be processed. Once it's been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 5 more business days UNLESS otherwise stated. This timeframe may increase based on reasons beyond our control. 

ARE ALL ITEMS USUALLY RESTOCKED?
  • No, most items never restock so we suggest to buy all of the items that you love before they sell out!
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to by our Customer Service Team.  Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 4pm EST through Sunday evening are responded to on Monday. 
RETURN POLICY:
**Effective 9/3 all sales are final due to COVID**
ORDER CHANGES:
We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double and triple check that all details are correct.
SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 
 
CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of items selling out and order processing.
SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. Although, items generally go out within 24-48 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Unmatched Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Unmatched Beauty is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) or UPS with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 2 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  
 
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Sezzle, Quadpay and Unmatched Beauty gift cards.  We cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.
 
PHOTOGRAPHY:
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.

Unmatched Beauty LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason.
