Shipping policy


We offer FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 when you enter the free shipping discount code at checkout, which is FREESHIP.

Shipping rates will vary depending on the location and weight of your package. At checkout your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-2 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
*Items that are shipped directly from our vendor, which will be noted in the description, may take longer to process and be received in up to 8 business days. 


All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. International orders are shipped via DHL Express. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the carrier for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the carrier. It is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to Unmatched Beauty LLC you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, you will be responsible for the shipping amount, which will be emailed to you via an invoice. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.
