Our goal is to always provide you with pieces that you love to wear, however we do understand that sometimes returns are needed. Unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags and clear garment packaging can be returned within 5 days of your order delivery date( if your items are shipped in multiple shipments this timeframe will apply after receiving your last package). Your items must be mailed back within 5 days from the day we have approved your return and provided a Return Authorization Number. If this timeframe is not met, we may charge a 20% restocking fee.
All returns are refunded via a store credit only in the form of an Unmatched Beauty gift card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
Please use our return portal to request your return. Mailing instructions will be emailed once your return request is approved.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Remember to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
What is our Return Process?:
To make returning your items as efficient, convenient and organized as possible, all return request must be submitted via our returns portal. Please click HERE to access the portal. You will need your Order number AND your email, phone number or zip code to access your order.
Once your return request is submitted via our online portal here, it will be reviewed. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow between 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Your store credit can be used towards future purchases.
Please include your RA Number with your return.

What items can be returned or exchanged?
All items that are not considered Final Sale items (see below) can be returned. The items that you are returning MUST be returned in the protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then packaged durably. Please do not put tape or stickers on the shoe box. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS include the following:
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return.
If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats, belts and handbags and jewelry
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Items with built in undergarments
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
Print on Demand items are final sale (Unmatched Beauty Sweatshirts) as these are unique and produced only once ordered
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. If we issue a store credit, it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your package. Please email us at email@example.com with a photo attached. If you contact us after 2 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund (via store credit) or replacement.
